Job Description
Creative Signs & Graphics is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Clerk to join our team! If you have experience with accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), payroll, and general office administration, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Manage AR/AP processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payments
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule
- Maintain and organize financial records and reports
- Provide general office support, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
- Assist with HR-related tasks and employee documentation
- Support day-to-day operations to keep the office running smoothly
Qualifications
- QuickBooks: 2 years (Required)
- Payroll: 1 year (Required)
- Accounts receivable: 1 year (Required)
- Accounts payable: 1 year (Required)
- Prior experience in an administrative or accounting role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job responsibilities include fabricating various custom electric signs, running our CNC router, painting, wiring, and welding. Previous welding experience is required.
Experience in painting, CNC operation, and basic electrical are not required, however they are highly preferred and would set you apart from others. The position is full-time with benefits including, healthcare, profit sharing, paid time off, company match 401k, and much more. Salary will be based on said qualifications. Previous sales experience is required, and although previous sign/visual marketing industry experience is not required, it is a bonus. We are happy and willing to train the right person that shows strong sales and account management skills.
